Membership & How You Benefit

Our member benefits are designed to adapt and transform according to the individual or organisation. We strive to support you both personally and professionally, whether you’re working as an individual for a small organisation based in an isolated rural community, or are a large charitable organisation working internationally, or you may be an officer within a large police department or a member of staff within a correctional facility. We help do the following:

  • Recognise your experience and qualifications, these are directly linked to your membership level. This recognition can also help you apply for promotions locally within your current organisation or help you apply for professional positions internationally through the recognition our membership gives you.
  • Provide you with up to date news, information, advice and guidance on international standards, treaties, human rights and research in relation to Children/Juveniles.
  • Offer e-alerts keeping you abreast of news and opportunities.
  • Juvenile Justice International has, from time to time, privileged access to specialist funding for international programmes (European Union, United Nations, Government). As an individual or organisational member we may be able to offer access and / or funding to be a partner with us in network programmes, which are related to your expertise, to cover international travel and project costs.
  • During your continued membership you may use the letters related to your professional grade of membership of Juvenile Justice International after your name.
