Victim Support for Children and Young People

This project offers a combination of independent professional and highly specialist support for CHILDREN, and YOUNG PEOPLE aged up to 18 years old who live in Kent or Medway and have been victims of crime.

Do you, a friend or one of your family members need help? You can speak in ‘confidence’ and anonymously with one of our specialists, or attend one of our friendly clinics.

This project is funded by the Victims Specialist Service Fund through the offices of the Kent Police and Crime Commissioner.

This project will provide victims with:

  • Improved Health and Wellbeing
  • Reintegration, Stability, Resilience and Autonomy
  • Increased Safety, Security, and Dignity
  • Provision of Advice of Rights and Access
  • Improved experience of the Criminal Justice System

This project will offer outreach support across Kent and Medway:

  • North Kent and Medway Areas
  • West Kent – Maidstone Area
  • South Kent – Ashford Area
  • East Kent – Thanet / Margate Area
  • Outreach Service across the County of Kent / Medway
